are they even transportable without damage

Especially the old(brighter) resin
is very very very fragile on the battlesuits
and all other small parts

Half a year ago I ordered some via chaos orc
which reached me in pieces
Some of the small legs were broke into 3 pieces
A house moving would be a nightmare for me :-[

Thanks all 8)

Awesome armies and amazing attention to detail! Makes me wanna start at least 3 new armies. :D

Do you have any close ups on some of the Tau infantry? I bought a few battlesuits on ebay some time ago and they are very flimsy, are they even transportable without damage?

Guthwine, There may be a few more photos in my hobby site (link below). The only Forgeworld resin infantry I have are the battlesuits. My Firewarriors, Kroot etc, are all metal miniatures from various suppliers. I didn't fancy using the fragile FW stuff.

I haven't broken a single battlesuit yet and they have seen quite a bit of play. I keep my Tau infantry all boxed up in a Kaiser Rushforth Multi Case to avoid brakages.

Ulric - With regard to Chaos Orc, I have bought many things from him over the years and he has never packed them well at all. They are usually sent in a large envelope with no padding or protection. I never buy any thing from him now that isn't metal or reasonably resistant to damage. I would not buy resin minis from Chaos Orc.

Cheers.

Cheers fellas. :)

The Predator turrets were made using KV 1 tanks from GHQ.
The weapons and spikes are various bits of GW Epic spares and some stuff from 40K (I don't have a clue where half the stuff in my spares box is from :D ).

Awesome paintwork and conversions , love the thunderhawk and the raptors! Very nice minatures and the colour scheme makes them look all the more better.

The drop pods are now OOP sadly. They were made by Reaver.

More reinforcements for my Iron Warriors.
