I think the current pic would be fine if it weren't scaled down to such a small size. But as it is it's hard to see that it's a werewolf. Since TacComms now allows avatars up to 100x100px, a slightly larger version of the same pic would probably be the way to go.

nope I cheated and used a Chibi Avatar generator, and then merged 3 images and altered colour in Adobe.
