Regarding Forgeworld, weren't they switching to a sturdier grey resin? I went to Warhammer World a couple of weeks ago and all the FW stuff there was grey, as opposed as the white-ish stuff I've seen in photos.

Are Epic models cast on demand or I'll still get the old resin type?

They aren't cast on demand, no, so they might still have some stock of the old resin for some models. You could try ringing and asking them.
