Yes, the Tyranid player now has more choices of Synapse creature, and some specialised ones. Hive Queen is a scary knight class unit that has 3 command points so is good for the stompy assault up the middle. Winged Tyrant is fast enough to keep up with high speed flank attacks by Hormagaunts and Haruspexi, while the Dom is still the best for building your firebase of Exocrines and Biovores. Tyranid Warriors are awesome for denying an objective while controlling a unit or two backup, and the Hive Tyrants can do what the Tyranids do or the Queens, and I like dropping them in spores. Harridans drop Gargoyles of course
