I did not highlight the Shining Gold for the pure fact that i did not want it to stand out too much. It was important to me that it remained dull as I wanted the warriors to be grim and nasty rather than polished.

Do not understand me wrong
it look great on your models

What sort of focal length does the Nikon have? My little point and shoot has about a 5cm focal length which is annoying when you want a 10-20cm focal length lol

60mm 1:2.8G lens

If that makes any sense. It was a very expensive lens and the only Nikon macro lens that I know of.

If you want, I can bring it over one day and you can take all the pics you want in the one day to show off all your awesome paint jobs   :agree:

Otherwise, it stays locked away and in a nice dark place  :;):

They look good Frogbear. :agree:

I'd keep the curent scheme with he black wash.  You can land most anything Phil Lewis-style in a brown wash, but I think the contrast of the black is solid for what you've done.

This weekend I am deciding to spend some time painting up more of the World Eaters force to a stage of placing them on bases.

So I am working on another 16 bases worth of Berserkers and 10 bases worth of Bloodletters to add to the force. With any luck, I will finish the weekend with these forces painted and ready to base.

This will bring the painted force up to ~1050 points

Hope to get some pics up early next week.

Ok FB, me an you, mano y mano, may the best Khorne win!

Tell you what, you push me and I'll push you and then we'll both get over the finish line. Deal?

As you will be able to see in my thread, my DP is finished sculpting, he's basecoated and awaiting the tender ministrations of my brushes.

After that, I've got Helltalons lined up, then I'll move on to some Juggers in spite of the fact that they are LV ( :p ) and from there, probably a Berzerker/Slaughterfiend formation.

Let's go big guy, carnage awaits us!
