I think it has the right size. And you just have to replace the muzzle with a muzzle brake to have a Quake Cannon.
Similar examples:
Thunderhawk Turbolaser Destructor looks similar in size to the Thunderhawk Battlecannon. Only themuzzle is different.
Shadowsword Volcano Cannon IS the same size as the Baneswords Quake Cannon (the models use the same barrel, only the muzzle is different).
Note: The Baneswords Quake Cannon is a low power version of the Quake Cannon for Titans.

Shadowsword

Banesword

Since the Banesword was done on the cheap, I'd rather that the Warlord's Quake Cannon be a larger calibre weapon.

And i wonder how FW would depict a Plasma Destructor.

The Laser Blaster* is just a Double-barelled Turbo-laser Destructor with a 3rd shot. So FW put on a 3rd barrel.

The Plasma Destructor* is just a Plasma Blastgun with a 3rd shot. So will FW just put on a 3rd barrel too?

*using Wh40k Apocalypse stats.

Is the banesword a Shadwosword with a quakecannon?
That would be nice for Epic too.

Ahh can you remember the old days?
where WH40K modles turned out after the release of the Epic variant

No the Banesword a Shadowsword with a small Quake Cannon.
The Banesword Quake Cannon is less powerful than a Quake Cannon (half the range and half the shots).

The Quack Cannon will be a different weapon entirely from the Velcro Cannon, different stock, different barrel, larger bore.
I'd like to think Forgeworld have more imagination than just adding another barrel for the plasma destructor, but to be honest I think thats probably what they'll do. I'll see what I come up with.

I thought of underslinging another barrel under the light plasma weapon in a kinda tri-angle form.

I'm quite tempted to bulk it out a little and add a third lateral barrel.

Might look a little flat is my thought, but it would be easier to do as you could just cut the centre and widen it!

A Y shaped Plasma weapon by adding a third plasma coil and muzzle and changing the relative angles on the plasma blastgun would look pretty sweet IMO.

Especially if you split the "bottles/injector" from the ribbed "charger" sections. You could make the "charger"/"barrel" and muzzle assemblies look like they rotate......

Gatling plasma anyone?

I'm liking this suggestion.

Very cool. And also looking distinctly warlord-ish with the overall shape now
