I believe that was a typo on T_R_C's part and he meant Gunfortress.

Yea I've read what people have written and I guess I just have read it as Oddboyzcan only be in a Gunwagon or a Gunfortress.

Why does the rule not say Battlefortress.

I guess I'll be happy in future to throw some Wydboyz in with the Squiggoths, as I don't use Orkeosaurus.

Look in the Wyrdboyz profile in the notes - it says "Note that the Wyrdboy may be added to any unit in the formation, including Orkeosaurus and Squiggoths." The way the character rules work mean this is allowed anyway without them needing to spell it out but they have explicitly anyway to make sure. The very nicely converted Orkeosaurus on p49 of the book has a weirdboy high up in a tower too.

It's a very good and totally acceptable tactic - you should try it and then see those enemy flyboyz die in droves from your much harder to supress Orkeosaurii.

Got my self six new Squiggoths today and it seems that these ones came with Wyrdboyz.

Just remember that, being LVs, Squiggoths are very succeptible to getting AT-sniped!

Wyrdboyz have historically been on everything from Wagonz to Megagargants.  Squiggoths and Orkeosauri are standard Wyrdboy placement around here (along with Madboyz and on rare occasions single Boarz formations).  It never even entered my mind that someone might find it dodgy.

I play Ferals quite a bit and find them a challenge to play. The thought of taking Wrydboyz in Squiggoths just never crossed my mind I guess.

It appears that its perfect legal so I guess I just may add a few.
