welcome aboard
how are the titan weapons going to be attached? meaning are they going to be sculpted as part of the unit or in such a way that, if using magnets they could be taken on and off?
I'm planning on having the weapons attach the with the same post and hole system as they attach to titans with. It might be possible to use magnets, if you can get some small enough.

As a matter of personal preferrence, I think that the "tractor" portion ought to have a distinctive imperial form, maybe like the light tanks and gun transporters in the seigemasters range. I always thought that the original model lacked this 'imperial-ness.'
The carriage probably ought to have a uniform width (i.e. the front and rear tracks ought to have the same width). I think you may be able to put across the massive nature of the carriage if you ditched the 2 pairs of tracks from the old official model, and instead went with 3 or 4 pairs of slightly smaller tracks, like when a semi-truck carries a very large load on a trailer with multiple rear axles.
Also, something that might make the thing look more realistic is if you make it look articulated. Instead of one big battledeck, perhaps have a smaller deck segment attached to each track pair, then have flex hoses and articulated catwalks connecting between them.
I've been working on a 3D version of the tractor:

I decided to work on the tractor unit first, which may have been a mistake as I'm not sure what it ought to look like. I decided that the unit in the sketch is too "clean future", and decided to go for something different.
It's ok as a first go, but I'm not entirely happy with it. It doesn't quite feel "right", but i'm drawing a blank at the moment on how to improve/redesign it.
Articulating the carriages is possible, but doing something with the upper decks will be harder. I'm still pondering this. I hadn't given any though to steering when I designed it!
