I'd like to see some AM stuff.

I cast the vote for some AM stuff too :)

Actually come to think of it some Skitarii in 6mm would be quite nice... Zombo's sister came out pretty well. Worth a shot maybe?

AM stuff would make a great change - even Chaotically-inclined players like myself could add some spikes to them and say they've been corrupted by the Dark Powers...

Whatever you decide to do will be cool, I'm sure!  :)

Hell chap - I might even pay you to make them :D. Although that does stop them from being a diversion though from EW though. Give us time, we might even figure a way to get treads put on them :p.

if you don't want to do tracks, how about a monolith? with the edenites coming out soon and your robot spider and antique war engine, the necrons would have a good chunk of the army done.

edenites coming out soon

They've been send to the caster, it's a matter of weeks before they go on sale...

Jonluke has been using my Vacuum chamber to replicate some Monoliths...

Awesome! :agree:

I'm thinking those are the finished off version of the WIP progress model from your pdf you were showing off a while back?

This sounds interesting, any pics of the masters about?

The Imperial navy already have the Marauder, T-bolt and Lightning in several variants in Epic scale. However they don't have a transport aircraft (if you don't count the Valkyrie).

We already have a planetfalling imperial troop transport covered actually in the form of the unreleased imperial dropship, so this would be kind of duplication. Plus those models are really really tiny to base a design on and don't look especially exciting (perhaps they do more in real life, too small to tell).

There are some pictures of the Imperial fleet's attack craft in the BFG rulebook that probably give a slightly better base for ideas than the models. Still, there are probably more interesting things to make. I agree some AM stuff could be great.

Whilst watching iCarly with Bella last night, I thumbed through the Visions of War books. There were about 4 or 5 AM distinguishable machines. All but 1 were tracked; the last was a weird bipedal robot thing of uncertain size.

I supposed the tracked sections could be replaced with some sort of walker or lifter (grav/hover).

Surely you've done enough tracks by now that you could find one that you think is suitable and just use it as a base?

You would think so, but that's not the case. Here are a few scans of AM stuff from Visions...
