Anything under $1000Aus and there should be not hidden costs (I've placed a few FW orders in the past and never been stung for Import taxes).

At present, XE.net converts 1AUD = 0.50GBP so pretty much double on the dot. Hopefully it won't change too much tomorrow

You know that bank exchanges are a few points above the official rate, right?

(Also, is it really at 0.50 GBP... holy crap, i haven't ever seen it that low *runs off to place lots of british game store orders)

Forgeworld just advised me that they cannot sdend to a PO box address, so I have called them and given a street address for the UPS courier.

They would not advise what was or was not in stock so I am hoping it all comes in one order.

The card is yet to be charged, so I am hoping I have more news to update this thread with tomorrow

The charge came in at AUS$638.51. ow if the order was GBP$319.10, that places the exchange rate at 0.49.....  or a straight 0.5 by my calculations.

So amounts owing in Aus$ are as follows:

Onyx: $43.10 - PM coming (+$5 postage?)
Zap: $47.00 - PM coming (+$5 postage? - in Victoria?)
Dobbsy: $146.70 - Pick up (need my address again?)
Frogbear: $191.90 - paid

and the winner is.....
