Dudes,

For my up-coming BoLS post about prepping for assault, I would like to show Bike and Land Speeder detachments working in tandem to break an enemy formation.

My problem is that my own minis are nothing to write home about--I'm much more a gamer than a hobbyist.

I was hoping someone here might be intersted in helping me out by providing images of his or her minis performing the actions the post describes.

Specifically, I need

moving the Land Speeders to within 85cm of a target enemy formation
moving the Bike detachment to within 35cm of the same enemy formation
moving the Land Speeders to within 15cm of the target formation (show blast markers)
Bike detachment engages

I could have a go at taking those shots, but my Marine models are Red Scorpions (read: Grey!) and so maybe someone else has some more interesting Marines available?

I have a Bike formation but no Land Speeders and no target formation of any kind painted.

Think it might be over to E&C unless anyone else steps in.

Hope you find someone! Nicely painted models is always a big draw to model articles even if you might not play the game.

Does it have to be bikes? I have two land speeder formations painted. Now my camera is pretty poor so may not help you!

Could be an Assault detachment instead of bikes...or even a Tactical or Devastator formation in Rhinos, in a pinch. The idea is to show that nice Land Speeder MW punch, followed by the 3+ assault rolls and the Land Speeders' Supporting Fire, and then the resolution at +2 thanks to the target formation having blast markers...

Beggars can't be choosers, as they say. I'll take what I can get. And trust me when I say just about anyone's marines, painted grey or otherwise, will look better than my humble (o-so-humble) Ultramarines.  

Any preference on the target?

Pick from Chaos, Eldar or Guard. Also do you want dice in the photo? If so how many and what score?

Bikers and Land Speeders sounds like a good simple combo there... I'll take some shots just in case you can't find any better.

Can't get them done on a good looking table until tomorrow.
