1. Orkimedes is the name the Imperium gave the Ork Mech genius.
2. They could be the same but was never been confirmed.

Could be a different Ork considering they refer to him as "mad" and there are plenty of Big Mekbosses to go around.  Of course Orkimedes could also be hiding out in a cave with the Squats, Slann, Zoats, Fimir, and some Genestealer Hybrids... :sulk:

In any event, that submersible needs some serious help.  It must have taken a whole five minutes to cobble together & paint.
