Chaplain, you have pretty fleets. It is just so great to see all ships painted, which luckily is not too hard task. :)

It's a pity the 2nd edition rulebook is coming out so soon.  Now i'm not sure whether to get the version 1 rulebook and hope the FAQ is good or wait for the 2nd edition rulebook.
Also not sure whether I prefer the Imperial ships or the Chaos Dwarf, err I mean "Shroud Mage", ships.

This is not too expensive game. Multible fleets are a must. You'll see... :p  If you don't have any hurry, just buy fleets and paint them while you are waiting for the 2ed rulebook. I think 1ed+faqs would be perfectly enough but who likes to have those pdf mountains for every game. :)

Hey guys, glad to see some US love over here.

I received the rulebook a few weeks ago, but I'm waiting for my 650 point Bone Griffon and Elf fleets to arrive so I can't get into it yet!

Charad, you were (of course) right. I'm a bit proud of having resisted for so long but this morning I finally bought a copy of the rule book, an Iron Dwarves Battleship and a pack of 2 cruisers.  :vD

I intended to but the battleship as a VSF beastie (and anything which looks even remotely like the CSS Virginia - the Merrimack - or the Monitor is irresistible to me); then got the cruisers for company... then spied the rulebook....

I'm mostley tempted by the Dwarves, Shade Mages and (on a completely different track) the Orcs.

I am seriously tempted by whatever fleet I am currently looking at pics of!  The only thing that has prevented me from buying it is a compete absence of opponents in my city.
