Incidentally if anyone is interested in WWII Japanese aerial shenanigans I recommend a book Gavin lent me - Samurai? - about Saburo Sakai. Amazing story.

I read that, too. It was excellent. For those unfamiliar with Saburo Sakai, he was Japan's leading ace that survived the war.
