Nice lookin' armor there!

Painted this one for my wife.  Apparently my blending has gone downhill.  I should probably paint more 28s to fix that.  Of course is somebody would distrubute AICOM I'd paint more 28mm figs.... (hint hint,)  Though the pictures make the blends look a lot worse than they really are, but of course we all say that don't we?

There are a couple more photos at my blog (linked in sig block)

I finally got around to finishing these guys this week.  I have taken well over a year to get around to painting a one month project from March last year.

The Team

Coach

Chearleaders

Battle For Sculls Pass Conversions (the team packs don't have quite enough guys in them)

Appocothary

Assistant Coach and Re-roll counters

Great Stunties!  I'd be honored for a grudge match against my Ork team.

The latest addition to my Legio Victorum!

Yes, that is a rack of death strike missiles!

I added a few extra guns; you can see some BFG turrets on the flight deck.

A few turrets underneath on the rear and a rear fire point on the tower.

I left the center deck gun on instead of removing it for the Warmonger and added a few guns next to it.  You can see another BFG turret underneath the flight deck.

Finally the dismounts are done!

2 LRDG patrols and 2 SAS patrols:

LRDG (each has 2 teams of SAS included)

SAS

I needed another command team for my 6pdr Portee AT platoon and a friend gave me Hero stand:

A recent stop at a LGS also produced a few more mechs for the forces:
Archer, Highlander, Hunchback

Finally finished up on my Ork team "Grimtoe's Brawlers":

I still have to finish up the Coach, Goblin player, and start on the Troll:

These will probably wait while I work on other things.

Look forward to seeing those Battlemechs painted. That sculpt of the Archer is one of my favourites- one of the reseen figures that definitely looks better than the original (along with Battlemaster and Thunderbolt).

Cheers

James

Yes, I like the older Thunderbolt better also.  I'm not completely thrilled with my newer one.  I am keeping an eye out for a Battlemaster also along with an older Marauder.
