Nice castle, is it from Hit arts?

The castle was built using hist arts blocks.

Luckilly Hirst Arts allows molds to be created based on their molds for your own use as I created some molds for the wall sections to create them in a couple of casts as before that it was taking me ages.

I just want to say thanks to all the people who contribute to this thread. It is such an inspiring collection of photos.
Love it.

Now I've got a break from the Epic Iron Warriors, I can finally get round to painting the 2 boxes of BoFA that a mate left me to paint for him about a year and a half ago (he is in no rush so it's all good).

Anyway, these are the test minis I painted for him.

These minis are about 6-10mm tall.

Cheers,
Steve.

Well, here I was trying to decide if I wanted to buy a BoFA box to jointly use for Middle Earth Warmaster/War of the Ring, and I see what Onyx has done. Now I am torn: sure, I am going to buy the darn box now, but whatever I do with it will always seem inadequate. Curse you, Onyx!

This is a very inspiring thread, everyone. Keep it up!

Some 20mm Brit's to use for either Ambush Alley or Ambush Z (modern skirmish and zombie respectively)

More bad pics on my blog.

Hey Onyx, not sure if your mate needs dragons for BoFA, but I picked up one of these since the Smaug blister is nigh impossible to find

Uncharted Seas War Dragon

Mine arrived the other day, and I think it is perfect scale for 10mm armies.

That Dragon was sculpted by Jonluke, an occasional poster to this forum.

Well, good on Jonluke, I love the model, and can't wait to paint it up so I can rain down fire on Laketown.

L4: where did you get the textured plasticard from and what size tiles is it? I'm looking to grab some for my ruined buildings fairly soon.

*Vaaish - I got the plastic sheets with little squares from Evergreen at the Hobby Shop. They make various sizes ...  I used 5mm and 8mm squares ...   *Thanks Chap L !  I think Stargate terrain is perfect for Epic scale terrain collections !   :D
