Nice looking head Lord Inquisitor. I especially like the brow. It really enhances the overall intensity.

I know this probably doesn't add much to the discussion, but I just wanted to say WOW!
Otterman, seeing the brass makes it that much more real - great work mate, keep it up! I am supremely impressed by the work so far and can't wait to see the finished product up close :)

Also, Lord Inquisitor, that head sculpt is really cool! I hope my putty skills can reach that sort of level some day (right now I'm limited to filling join lines, and building sandbags...)

Funny thing is, us puttyists aspire to be able to do make models that are anything as good as yours!  :D

Warning, warning, badness.

Todd's machine freaked out again, then died. Then his transmission died. Then his father-in-law died.

I will attempt to compensate by:
1) Sending the autocannon to PrintAPart, then attempt my greenstuff trick.
2) Look for an alternative investment casting service.

I got Silentbob's heads in the mail yesterday, and they're kick-ass. Plus he made me a Adeptus Mechanicus otterhead. That's the sort of service that gets one put near the top of the petite crabe rationing list.

Just ordered a couple of autocannons from PrintAPart. Seeing as how Todd Boyce is out of action, my plan is to make silicon molds of the autocannons, then use brass and greenstuff to make a vulcanizable master.
