"Skimmer" goes in the notes section, not the movement section.  Should probably be: Skimmer (For purposes of line sight the [craft] is always considered "popped-up"), as it is a sub-set rule of skimmer.

Additionally, both the Manta and the Moray need CC/FF stats.

There's still a problem in that the Manta and AX-1-0 have the same weapon name but different stats.

Lose "twin linked" from the AX-1-0 and we're gravy.

Well, they are both Twin-Linked.

How about:

Ax-1-0     Twin Linked Railcannon
Moray        Twin Linked LIght Railcannon
Manta        Twin Linked Heavy Railcannon

Might be a bit wordy, but it opens each of the weapons to later use in a non-TL variety.

Ya know, Shmitty and Zombocom, this is the kind of stuff that drives technical editor insane.

I also think I should mention that CS is the keeper of the kingdom (official list), so I expect that he will be editing for correctness. Also, M&M did have FF and CC values, but those do not seem to be in contention, hence their occlusion. The entries in the list will.

Thank you for your attention to detail as it takes those with that skill and those without to get the job done.

Since the Moray has two shots, unlike the others, why not make it:

AX-1-0       Twin Linked Railcannon
Moray        Light Railcannon
Manta        Twin Linked Heavy Railcannon

Note that background-wise the Manta and AX-1-0 are both armed with an identical weapon, twin-linked heavy railguns, so they should both hit on either 3+ or 2+.
