Currently the UK Championship site list all games that finish on a points calculation as a draw. Do people think this is correct or should draws only be where player score the same tournament points (i.e. in the WPS scoring system where there is less than 150vp difference at the end of a game).

I'll let the poll run to 31 December again. It's an easy change if required.

I've voted for any points result is a draw for the purposess of the championship. A points victory can be the most statisfying result out of all the games you play as they are usually the hardest to achieve, balanced armies, players & dice.

To my mind any tournament game that is settled through a points count is a draw for the Championship perspective, though I appreciate the need for a 'Winning draw' for a points score of more tha 150 points difference.

Of necessity, the tournament points system is much more subtle than required to analyse the army statistics. When analysing the various baatles I would suggest the following categories:-

5-0, 4-0, and 4-1 are a Significant Win
3-0, 3-1, 3-2 and 2-0, 2-1 are all a Win
1-0 and points decision is a Draw

Unfortunately this analysis can't be done this year as not all tournaments have this information captured. I will try and come up with a report form that players can complete at every tournament next year to ensure this info is retained.
