Dropped by certain individuals perhaps, but then picked up again by others.

Yes I've used ratlings once or twice and will again.

Komandos and fortresses have been used quite a few times by Bill at tournaments and didn't Matt O. have demolishers in his I.G. tank army.

Bill used a fortress at Full Scale Assault this year.

Matt O. used demolishers at Bitcon last year and I think he took the same army this year but could only find a post where he stated taking 43 Leman Russ (4 companies with 3 demolisher tanks as an upgrade to the BTS I believe).

I don't thimk Bill used Kommandos this year but he has used them in the past at tournaments.

I took swiftdeaths to London. You can add greater daemons and flamers to the list of unused units.

For Eldar, IIRC
- Revenants have been much rarer since the changes,
- Banshees never appear
- I dont remember anyone using War-Walkers

As Rug says, Cobras are rare (but very good against titans).
Not so sure about Night-Spinners being rare, they tend to be my artillery of choice over Void Spinners, so I can field more formations like the Cobras .

In my case however, the rarest formation is probably a decent set of dice

I'm pretty sure Damien Bradley fielded some War Walkers at the last Open War. But I'm sure you're right - you don't see them often.
