Can't remember, was the special ability 'allows any commander added to the vehicle to ignore the 5cm restriction' or just any commander in the formation?

Ok the Notes entry sais:
"allows a character added to the Prometheus to ignore the 5cm restriction when using commander"

Well the only time i got to use this ability i played it so, that a Commander can ignore the 5cm restriction as long as the Prometheus belongs to the same Formation as the Commander.

The Formation in question was a Tactical Detachment and consisted of
6 Tactican units, one with a Captain
2 Salamander Tactical units
2 Rhinos
2 Razorbacks
1 Land Raider Prometheus.

The Captain was transported in the Prometheus.

That does make it quite explicit.

Should the ability be restricted to an added commander or for any commander in the formation? Doesn't seem to matter much effectiveness wise though. Only difference I can see is the prometheus requiring less conversion and the infantry looking prettier.

I don't think you need the supreme commander reference. Supreme Commander just gives you leader and commander, unless you want the supreme commanders leader ability to cover all formations too  

Now that would be good

Final bit on this - should it be any commander int he formation, or does he have to be an upgrade to the tank (as it currently is)?
