Warmaster's Workbench

The main mold of, uh, something in this topic, has started to become brittle.

Therefore, if I have not contacted you, the probability that you will get a copy is very slim. We'll keep our fingers crossed for a few more successful casts.

The failure rate is about 50% with this unforgiving mold, which causes premature aging.

Bummer.

A few pieces of silicon have detached around the corners of the treads. I think that these casts can be salvaged by covering the disfigurement (less than 25 square millimeters) with plastic card.

This doesn't bode well for the tread portion of the mold in general.

Uhm. Yeah... Erh. I suppose I should get a career in politics...

DS: I removed them. Since the model contain a few GW IP parts I didn't want CS to get into trouble when the talk about casting the thing emerged. I can't remember if I still have pics lying around or I deleted them.

If you still have the pics, could you PM them to me?

...I think this is the most recent pics I have, though some minor modifications were made before I sent it to Otter. Now download it quick before I remove it again    8v)

Thanks! Download complete.

So, who would one have to... converse with... to become a fortunate owner of such a fine objet trouvé?  :wow:

My apologies for the absolutely horrible image quality. I was trying to cram everything into a single pic. I might replace it if I find time. Otherwise you'll have to wait until I can get everything set up for a proper photoshoot with good lighting etc.

Anyway: Zep is about 90% complete. Still need a bit of tidying up in some places and the addition of some crew in the gunports. Still you probably get the overall idea. Hope you like. :)
