As of a month ago he was still shipping internationally. Recently his stock of rare stuff has seemed much poorer - and prices were always upper end so I'm not too upset

Right now its anywhere outside the USA.  I have had a great deal of trouble with people not paying the shipping fees and also errors caused by the post office.

I have been in contact with Andrew at Chaos Orc over the last day and he has stated that international orders are accepted. Point 5 in the shipping terms supercedes point 3.


  In any case line item number three is actually not true, that was temporary for about a month and was changed in the past week.  You would want to read item 5 about international orders.
