Please add 'Ryan' to the interested category on the Exp day (He has Tau).

E&C, I  have just had one of the "interested" guys pull out of the Sunday event - could you get Ryan to PM me for entry details.

Announcements

Prizes
Exodus Wars have approached me regarding the London tournament, and have very kindly donated two ?15 vouchers for 1st prize and Best painted army in the "Formal" tournament on Saturday - so now you have an incentive to get practising and painting!

Terrain
Please bring your own terrain with you if you can bring enough terrain to completely dress a single table (ie 12 reasonable sized pieces of terrain).

Epic Raiders
As you may have noticed, the fan based supplement "Epic Raiders" is complete, and we are in the process of getting some copies printed in the USA. It looks possible that we may be able to get them shipped in bulk to the UK in time for the London tournament, which will significantly reduce the postage costs. So if you want to pick your copy up at the tournament, follow Moscovian's intructions here

I need to get entries in by the end of May, or I will offer the spare place(s) to people in "reserve".

Army lists for both days must be submitted by Saturday 14th June. Note I want a separate list for each day, even if people are intending to use the same race (not least, because you may want to try out some variant of your favourite list).

On the "Experimental" Sunday, people who are bringing "experimental" armies should also bring an "official" army, and ideally they should have submitted a list for it. So potentially you may need to provide three lists - if you are feeling extravagant and want to bring a third army, or want to experiment with a variation of your regular army.

Given the number of people and the number of armies, this could mean up to 60 lists to check, so I will not object if you want to start sending them in early
:)

Ginger, could you edit all the needed info into the first post. So that it's not scattered around the thread?

Done

I'm now toying with bringing an Iyanden army for sunday. To do this I will need to 'borrow' some models from my Ulthwe and Biel Tann armies. Would this offend anyone? All the models will meet the minimum painted with 3 colours and based rule, no undercoated only models on show, but won't look particularly cohesive.

Several craftworlds get together to fight a war... coincidentally due to the types of units contributed by the varying craftworlds, their army composition looks suspiciously like an Iyanden force. :)

I think it'd be fine. :)

Also with the Iyanden list should I used the book stats for the units or the suggested changes in the eldar thread?

From my point of view the Sunday is different and we are trying out armies and lists against people that wee would not normally get the chance to play against. So if its the wrong colour, not coloured at all I won't mind fighting it.

I'm open to suggestions here, though inclined to keeping to the current (2008 modified) rules if only to provide a baseline with existing armies etc.

OK, I'll go with current stats with the 3.2 list. I'm not going to use the shields or swords of vaul formations so no harm there.
