I thought I would take a few action shots of the army for me to remember it by.  Here are a couple.  I went a bit overboard so you can look in my photobucket account if you want to see some more.

I was just about to pack them then I realised I hadn't taken any shots with my Nurgle army.

All right I went to the local warp gate to set the army on its way 1,114,125 km to its owners house (well in 1/300th scale anyway).  Funnily enough upon arriving home I discovered that some fellow named "Chaos Orc" must have activated a warp gate in some even more distant realm as the beginnings of my Saim Hann army were sitting on my doorstep!!!!  (Think I might give it a little break before getting into them though).

Good to hear that the warpgate has opened at your end as well Mark. I will be traversing the webway in thenear future and should be there in time to open the portal and take ownership of the Guardian strikeforce. I hope you have as much fun with your eldar army as you have had with this. I am looking forward to seeing that diary on here as well.

Bummer.  I somehow ended up short 30 jetbikes (for which I was promptly funded) but now there are none in stock so I need to find some somewhere.  Anyone with 30 jetbikes to sell or trade drop me a pm.

Could you tell me what the white and pink winged figure in the Nurgle pics is?


The weapons are all white and pink.  I think it is just a weird effect and a trick of the cammera.  They are all from the warmaster nurgle range.

Interesting news about ChaosOrc... He's done that to me twice now. ????

Always makes a refund in the end but I wish he wouldn't sell stuff he hasn't got!

Thats a warmaster beast of nurgle.  The one in the right on the picture in the online store.

I think it is a bit of a trick of the photo, its mixed up a bit with a DRM miniature I converted to be holding a banner made out of GS that is behind him.

He has a seat thing he is leaning back on and I can totally see why it looks like wings from that photo.

I am doing a few little bits and pieces to finish off some stuff from forge world that were broken (the aa weapons are fragile) and a couple of reinforcements.

CAL001 and I aren't too keen on the Wraithlord models so I thought I would try and convert them up to make them look a bit better.  Luckilly there was an extra one due to an only Epic 40K pack having 4 models so I thought I would try a bit of a drastic conversion.



Works?  Yes/No.  I am trying to figure something out to give some of them wraithbone swords.  Can also use some spare weapons from weapons platforms to make the firearms.

That looks great.

You might try some SM/IG knives and do a bit of filing for a sword, they might be a little short though.
