Markco, do you know any blokes in the UK ? E-mail your UK Buddy(s) your info and have them call for you ... I've done that before ... E-mailing F/W direct any more with questions about an order is a waste of time ...

Mark
Call mate,I have had good results calling oin the past. I have some things that I have to chase up when I get back and I will be calling. Their email support is crap, the last reply I got said they where very busy and the best way to contact them was to call. Its worth thre money for the peace of mind you will get from the call.
Cheers Aaron

For me they rejected my credit card. A little bit strange because 3 minutes before I activated my Paypal account. Now they wrote I should call a guy in UK. Tried it about 20 times yesterday (my boss got nervous after the 15th time )...always busy.... wrote him back, no response yet.

I would go on their web site for the phone number and keep calling them,it can take a while to get through .I had a reply to an E-mail telling me not to e-mail as they were getting so many they couldn't reply to them.
I've just had a similar problem with them for an order placed on the 27th December(placed in store too).It arrived only a few days ago and I only live around 50-60 miles from Warhammer World.
I had made 2 calls to them after 5and 8 weeks and each time took a few attempts to get through.I was told the reason for the delays were that they had a massive backlog of orders from before Christmas.
Part of my order had been ready for quite a while but they were waiting for the packs of hydras to be re-cast before posting all of it together. So keep trying to telephone them for an explanation but don't get too worried they will get you your order in the end.

Mark, you are not alone. My first order with FW went awry and emails went unanswered. I actually got really ticked and wrote a scathing email that went into the netherworld I am sure. So when I called I was ready for battle. The guy said, "Oh, well we can't have your order messed up now can we? I'll have a replacement out today." Done. I was stunned. The guy was as nice as can be and they never questioned whether my complaint was authentic.
I've chocked up FW as an A- company with an email handicap.

I have been waiting on some Shadowswords since...oh December....i ordered a bunch then, and most of it was wrong when it showed up. I phoned and they sent the right stuff, but still no shadowswords. I am going to call on Monday and see what is up and if they are still not ready to ship it is refund time. I was told the delay was due to making new molds. gettign thru was a bitch though....i think they got one guy manning the phones

Did you get this sorted out?
If not, send me your order number, details and name and address, and an outline of what you are waiting for, and I will get back on the phones!

I'm waiting to make a F/W order for the New AI Tau and I need another Ork Bomms & Rokkits pak (More Boomz !). But I'm short $$$, (like everyone else in the US !) and with the threat of Salute looming ... the F/W crew is probably running around like the Keystone Cops & a Chinese Fire Drill all at once !!!! When is Salute, BTW ?!

I finally got my Tau drone controller Thursday - it had been pre-ordered since Feb 25. The wings were broken off of the remotes, but my special resin skills will take care of that.
