OK, let's see here... I had some time to think about what would make a decent and balanced statline for the Remoras while stuck in Palo Alto (bless the VA, lows in the 50s was a nice change from highs in the 50s for a week across my birthday...)
OK, to start with, Remoras in 40k have the same stealth system that a Stealth team has, and the same 40k armor stats as a Barracuda. To represent this, I increased the armor compared to the Barracuda.
Weapons-wise, the Remora carries a couple seeker missiles, and twin-linked, long-barreled burst cannons in a fixed-forward mount (long-barreled means double the range of standard BCs in this case).
Also, the AX22 does not HAVE to show up on the battlefield, so I left that particular model on the sidelines for now (besides, the AX22 is a C&C vehicle, should be a long way away from the shooting on the ground. In the air it's a different story, of course)
So, I propose the following statline:
Remora Stealth Drone Fighter
Aircraft / Fighter / 5+ armor / CC n/a / FF n/a
Weapons
Twin-linked Long-barreled Burst Cannons 30cm AP4+/AT6+?/AA6+ Fixed Forward Arc
Aircraft Seeker Missiles 45cm AT6+ Guided Missiles
Formation of 2 for 150 pts (price may vary considerably, but these are much less capable than a 'Cuda for AA missions, leaving them pretty firmly in the Ground-Attack niche, and I did add AT6+ to the BCs to help... otherwise, they're flat-out not worth taking, IMO)
