The reason for all aspiring champions is for the leader ?and commander abilities (+ better armour save and better CC + MW attack) demagogues don't get them.

As for the summoning boost,I don't rely on lots of daemons for assaults.
I either use them to bring enemy formations into assault range or for a few First strike attacks on small enemy formations (artillery batteries,scouts,small blitz brigades etc.) were I'm hoping for no enemy support fire (don't forget we have to use the original rules + official updates and errata).
Or I want a couple of infiltrators to pin FF specialists that are kept out of the way.(hellhounds,skorchas etc.).
If I find I need to assault big formations where more daemons would be handy I will be trying to set up combined assaults instead.

As for the daemon prince,correct he replaces either a demagogue or an aspiring champion.
If you look at the number of units in the formation you will see I have replaced the aspiring champion and only included him in the list for completeness .
I have written the list with the basic formation and then added the upgrades which either add to or replace things.

Well I've tried to take an army that will set up quickly.

Wraithgate

The only thing that this army lacks is a Supreme Commander, so roll on the Ulthwe list. ?:p

With my LatD I have been mainly using Aspiring Champions as well. However it will be a while before I take them to a tournament as I have a lot of stands to base.

Well I couldn't get the Revenants together with a Dragonship for an Eldar drop army (which is a bit 'passe' anyway), so I have

Aspects

Storm Serpent

So many Eldar with the same themes :p

We still don't know what army your using!

It has to be Space Marines, with spaceship, THawks etc, leaving 4 activations on the table. He did hint as much earlier on :)

Couldn't agree more - after all the trouble I have had to make the terrain :)

And with  all these "first timers" coming along together with Bill, I am going to have my work cut out to keep my usual place  :p

Nope 4 formations / activations in total ... this includes space ships / thunderhawks / thunderbolts / vampires and anything in any of them (if I have any at all)

4 formations / activations in total ... I do have to finish my games quickly you know! (got to input all the results)  :D

None one has said what they want to do on Sunday; I think there might be some possible 2 v 2 10,000 pts (or whatever you can make really)
