As much as I enjoy blaming Ben for everything, unfortunately there have been setbacks from all three of the creative team.  All three of us had data loss, some of it irrecoverable.  We did a bad job of file sharing and as a result there will be some stuff that will just not be in Raiders (WIP modeling pictures that would take weeks to re-do is the worst of it).  However, I'd say I made about an 80% recovery due to the efforts of many volunteers so thanks y'all!

I can tell you that I have no intention on working on this project past January 31st so I will take vacation time from work if I have to in order to complete things.

Thanks for everyone's patience.

Sorry to hear about the up-hill struggle you guys have been having with this!

I think I speak for us all when I say that we appreciate the time and effort you dudes are putting into this project.  :)

Yeah thanks for all the hard work, I'm looking forward to seeing it (and getting my DRM proxies... ). :D

As an update we're wrapping things up still. ?Formatting this monster is proving to be a big task for E&C so he's got his hands tied up. ?Corey and I are both rebuilding some lost data. ?Me specifically, I am rebuilding the scenarios with help from Hena who was gracious enough to go a write a series of scenarios from scratch (thanks, amigo!!). ?

I wish I could set a date for this but everytime I try something else happens. ?Here is what I can tell you for certain:
1. Firebase has been delayed too so we will most likely not miss their deadline.
2. Febuary 7th is the anniversary date of the project and I don't want to go past that date (just because I am stubborn).
3. ?The project is not cancelled or anything like that - we're just behind. ?4 months behind... :glare:

Considering that I originally promised Primarch to have the NetEpic Gold project finished more than a year ago, I completely understand. Real Life, technical problems. You name it. There constantly seems to be things geting in the way. Good things are worth waiting for so I have no problem waiting a few more days (or weeks) :)

Having seen some of the Dark Eldar stuff (the modelling sections), I can tell you it wil be worth the wait. Raiders is going to be great!

Incidentally Moscovian - do you need me to resend any of my images to you?

I see your computer lost a lot?

Negative, Stugmeister.  Unless by sending me images you mean brand new ones. :D

All of your goodies I was able to recover because I loaded them to wikiwikiwar.  You may be pleased to know that all of your artwork will be inside of the publication and one of them will definitely be the cover (the layout is already done).
-----------------------------
As an update, here is what is completed and awaiting review:
1. Minervan list
2. Dark Eldar list.
3. Necron... uhm, nevermind. :p
4. Modeling sections for Dark Eldar.
5. Modeling sections for Necrons (GW friendly).
6. Scenarios.
7. Painting section for Minervans.

There are some other elements I am still waiting on from my cohorts.  I will post here again soon.

Sweet!    :)

Sorry to say although I have new artwork, none of it is really useful for the forces included in the book.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how this all turns out!
