And the main armour to come, note the FW bomber in the background, one of two on the go at the moment.

Finished a number of things today.  Posted finished pics in more appropriate threads, but have made some progress on the Trek minis...

But of course.  Nothing beats a good duel between a Constitution class Heavy Cruiser and a D7.  (hmmm, no super geek emoticon)

That certainly sounds like fun !  I "out geek" you, I can speak Klingon and know the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition ...  < sound of geek detector going off > :confuse:

My problem is that I've never focused my inner geek.  I qualify as a geek in several areas but have never really mastered any one such as learning Klingon or knowing really obscure Star Wars trivia or memorizing which color represents which company in a SM chapter.  I like to call myself a "spread spectrum geek"

Love the Trek stuff, Sarge - constantly tempted by those, myself...

I've been working on 54mm sculpting - historical stuff, for now, to get my hand in. Hopefully I'll get some Sci-fi stuff done if I can find a market. I've finished my first historical figure, but it's not quite right, so I'll probably start over - I reckon that's easier than trying to fix the mistakes on this one.

I also tried ProCreate putty for the first time on this one - and I can definitely recommend it! Very similar to Green Stuff, but without the memory effect, and you can sand it! Goos stuff, I'll be buying some more.

Anyway, if you fancy a look at my 54mm Celtic Briton, here's a link:
Grey Army

Oh, and a slightly late happy new year everyone! ?
Regards,
Reaver

Put some track guards/fenders on one each of my F/W Thunderers, Tank Destroyers and Vanq. With Evergreen plastic channels. Fits well and looks pretty good. I score a straight groove where they join at the curves. ?Adds a little detail. ?I'll probably do a few more but not all. They don't "fit" on any of the other F/W IG Epic model, or would take a lot of work. ?After being assigned to 3 Mech Bns and commanding a Mech Co., I've been around enough AFVs for know, you got to have track guards/fenders ! ?:D It appears the G/W crew only looks at pics when designing the IG stuff !

I finally finished this Mega Gargant.

He'z reddy to stomp sum 'oomies good!  I am also working on some 40K Tau and my Dark Angel successor marines, the Obsidian Swords.  Some 6mm terrain came in for Christmas, and I would like to get my cityscape on track.  I have tiles and buildings, I just need time and motivation.
