Just wondering how people would image the layout of an underground tank/rhino bay would be like?
It's a multi underground layer bay and I guess need to consider some form of rapid deployment.
I was thinking a bit like a multi-car-park, but also heavy duty lifts that can hold multiple tanks.
Any other people got some good ideas?

Wide, reinforced ramps. Blast doors. Heavy lifts crossing different levels. A refuelling bay at one end, perhaps detached from the rest for safety. An ammo dump, same precautions as for fuel. A workshop for maintenance, and overhead cranes. Security guards and guardposts. A lurking genestealer!

Yeah, pretty much what V said. I'd imagine something in between a car park and an aircraft carrier. Search for some pics of US aircraft carriers for inspiration for lifts and other accessories (Ammunition trucks, loaders, repair facilities etc.etc.)

I guess sometihng like this would be a huge project. You would have the multiple level tank bay with built in elevators and perhaps a repair/refuel bay.
Ammo and fuel depots would be located on seperate locations, this is done that if the fuel depot gets blown up it wouldnt mean that all the tanks would go with it. These depots are connected to the main structures by underground tunnels. You might want to include large/heavy/strong doors/hatches which could close down (moving down) which could seperate certain areas of this huge complex in case of attack.
Office buildings also have to be included, some sort of staff room and command centre, also sleeping quarters/etc for the technicians/crews/guards.
On the upper level there would be some walls and trenches, also include watch towers and various turrets. The elevators to the upper level would not be open topped, as a means of protections from aireal attacks.
Im curious though, how are you gonna build this?

This is the current idea. I'm still planning, not actually started yet.
A large room with multi-levels on two opposite sides. The Rhinos are parked side by side to each of these.
The rhinos are moved taxi style like at an airport, so you don't really need to get the drivers there.
In the middle is two rows of lifts (probably three lift per row). ASCII drawing R= Rhino | = lift
R | | R R | | R R | | R
Each R / I is the length of three rhinos. So this is what would happen. The lifts travel up and down the levels to pick up 3 rhinos each time and they exit at ground floor under all the parked rhinos above it (so parked on the left drive off on the ground floor via the left side).
There could be four or six exits to mounting area.
This hopefully in effect gives me a way to unload 18 Rhinos from parking and then it just depends on how many mounting areas (where the marines board the vehicle) to get them out onto the battle field.

Sounds like an ambitious project. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Yes, sounds like a neat, big project. As WMN said an Aircraft Carrier would be a good start.
