Hey, I'm back with some more painted stuff!  I made a New Year's Resolution that I would aim to paint atleast one formation for Epic per month.  As I am currently dividing my time between making a 40k Chaos Marine Army, I've only had the chance to get one thing done - here is a Greater Daemon of Slaanesh:




I still have to varnish it, I may also add a watered-down glaze of varnish to the scales on the tail to give them a nice shine :)

Next I'm going to scrath-build a Slaaneshi Altar of Chaos.  Thanks for looking! :cool:

Thanks for you all your kind comments! :) @WMN, considering the amount of inspiration your models give everyone here, I am glad this model has given some to you!

@ Mark Logue: funy you should mention that... today I was waiting for some ink washes to dry on a Chaos Marine, so I decided to start cutting up some Epic tanks that'll be the basis of the conversion.  Well, I got so in to it, I made a start on it:



The exhaust pipes are from a 'Robogear' model (can't remember which one, I'm afraid); everything else shoud be recognisable.  Till they re-released the Epic Chaos infantry, I think the Choas Vehicle Accessory sprue was the best thing to happen to Epic Chaos players for some time! :D I just need to make some sort of 'tower' in the middle on which to place the Slaaneshi symbols now, I'll probably use a Chaos Marine Back-pack or two.
