Most expensive army?

I see I have missed an army list competition (curse those Rohingya, just because they suffer doesn't mean I should have to miss an epic army list comp!).

So for the purposes of winning one of these things what is the most expensive army to buy at 2000 points?

I reckon siegers at 312 pound for 14 infantry formations, 1 HQ and 2 sniper upgrades. Any beaters?

No, i have the ultimate expensive army list:

An army  only of Hormagaunts and Termagaunts with some tyranid warriors. Try to beat this :D

Whoever wins must ask for Tyranids. :D

I think TRC is probably correct about Siegemasters being the most expensive, especially at Swordwind costs, barring Hena's excelent if ammusing suggestion.

The winner will only be able to choose from the existing GW range & I agree with Hena, but just go for 2000pts of Squiggoths.

Pure cultists- 10 covens: 4 stands per chaos box ->360?, doesn't beat ferals, but ain't too cheap either.

Ok how about Ork army with 10 Kult of Speeds, each made of 8 Scorchas (4 packs needed, 10? each)
--> 400?

Better yet, use 4x 'uge kult of speed, each 24 scorchas, needs 96 scorchas for a whopping 480?

I pretty much maxed out on all sorts of weird stuff I wouldn't bother buying under normal circumstances. That included Siegers, Siege artillery, ?a Steam GArgant (Thought I ordered 3 of those but miscalculated...) WM Greater Daemons a load of SM vehicles etc.
Andy was ok about mixing from different lists as long as the points total was 2000 (or was it 2500...can'?t remember anymore :p :D)
