...I use the Citadel Ultramarine blue. But I did wash some with a blue wash,and my photograghy might be off on the blue too...

Thanks Onyx. These are just my experiments with making decals. I hope to be making a few more different types. I believe it quite appropo to do the Ultramarines first...
