Hello all :)

it gives me great pleasure to officially announce the first public event at our Wargaming facilities in the Dordogne, France:

Euro EpiCon - 12th-14th October 2007

Tickets cost ?20/30 Euro (weekend); ?10/?15 Euro (Saturday one-day entry)

A weekend of Epic gaming fun! ?Featuring:

- Bring & Battle (Epic, BFG, Aeronautica Imperialis, DRM, Exodus Wars, etc etc)
- Participation games
- Epic Quiz
- 'Epic Daemon' painting competition (enter your best model/unit/formation)
- Plus more cool stuff as soon as I arrange it :;): :D

The price of the ticket includes:
- Friday evening meal
- Saturday lunch meal
- Breakfast Saturday & Sunday
- Complimentary refreshments :;):

Finally, we can arrange pick-up from local airports/rail stations, and visit our website if you want to arrange accomodation on site; oh, this event is only open to people aged 18 and over (sorry!).

Hello, just a little heads-up really, to any players from the UK who may be thinking of attending this event.

If you'd fly over using Ryanair, bear in mind to get a decent price for your travel it may be worth booking sooner rather than nearer the date; Ryanair are gets for charging high fares at last minute!

Also, although the event is planned to run from the Friday Evening to Sunday afternoon, airfares may work out cheaper travelling the Thursday and back the Monday.

I just thought I'd point this out because some people coming to our Launch event this month have found this to be the case.

Hello, we've had some enquiries regarding how much it costs to stay in our guest-rooms while attending one of our forthcoming events, such as Euro EpiCon.  To make things simple and easy for everyone, we've finalised our rates,  and posted them on our webpage:

- for two people sharing a room: Standard Room (shared bathroom facilities) - ?10/12 Euro per night; Ensuite Room - ?12.50/15 Euro per night

- or for one person staying in a double room: Standard Room (shared bathroom facilities) - ?20/24 Euro per night; Ensuite Room - ?25/30 Euro per night

I hope this makes things clearer for everyone, thanks for looking! :)
