As far as I know it's the largest Warhammer base - 50 x 50mm.

Nice job on the Hearthguard. You can paint, too, if you want.  :D

I think i don't understand what you mean  :(

Anyway, here they are: the finished hearthguards and a trio of whirlwinds painted in... 15 minutes?

Comments on the whirlwinds? (i intended to make them look like ultramarine vehicles)

Great looking hearthguard  :) .
The whirlwinds look good but maybe the launchers could be red like in the old days?
(just a thought)

Here are a couple of pics. But in the end they are your models, paint them as you wish. It was just a thought.

Love the Hearthgaurds.    Nice job on the Whirlwinds, too. I'd leave the missiles as is. No need to paint them red.

Black missile tubes could look really good too if you want to break up the blue.

Great job on the Hearthguard

& now on for some ugly pictures:

Between the stompers there are too cammoed as celestial talons and emperor's children (i had to do something with the white and the pink stomper, so i thought about ork's curious ideas about camo)

Now, why do i paint my friend's miniatures better than mine?????

What's with the purple stomper?

And a related quote by Yen: "If I ever paint miniatures, they will be all pink". I should dare her to paint something some day.

Purple stomper: a product of my girlfriends boredom. She had to do some thing, so she painted a stomper in pink and purple. Then she gave it to me to finish it off, so i painted a "curious" mark of Slaanesh. The history of the Mariloli (which is the name of the Stomper, by the way) would be something like that

"Eh bozz, the chaoz boyz ar coming dis wey... we can paint our stomper as one of them so that they will not shoot at us, and when they get close...STOMP STOMP STOMP!". Not that this tactik will EVER succeed, but you know how ork psycology can be :)

Just one more thing i forgot:

Does anyone know from ehich forum's member did i COPY the gargants painting scheme? :)
