Scott wasn't there last night but from previous discussions with him all official lists are allowed (+nids) together with all official rules changes or 'errata' ie. the skimmer rules

There is a post on the SG forum that says all official list (so that includes LaTD) and the latest 'Nid list from here are to be used.

Form's been received to all systems go.

It was closer than we thought though - due to the incomprehensible painting scores Joe only beat Scott by a point.

Yes, I find the painting plus scores really strange too, no disrespect to Bill but I'm not sure I'd give him 2 points and Joe 0  :O

Also how did Flame on manage to win with no Epic players? Getting 0 in one system should block you winning to my mind?

I don't know what the painting plus scores were about, also I don't understand how I got 19/20 for painting when it was in multiples of 4.
