That's exactly what it means, no Avatar summoming... just like the Warlock Titan.
2. Living few rule: is this so that total of living units is limited by spirit warhosts or each type? i.e. if army has 2 spirit warhosts, can it have 2 windriders and 2 guardian warhosts, or just 2 of either or one of each?
