Does it affect everything or just organic stuff? What about titans & bio titans, how does they react to this? Thanks in advance.

Well, it is an Etherial attack, and doesn't say no...so yeah, I'd say it affects anything that isn't specifically "Inorganic" (eg Necrons/Robots/Wraithguard). I'd guess for a normal titan, psychic save and if failed a hit against the head, normal save applies. For a Bio Titan...hmm....psychic save, if failed roll for armour and if failed roll on Head Critical Table would be my interpretation.
