why not giving flyers or better the player the chance to decide in which phase of movement he can turn? so you can say that the flyer can turn 180 degree max. his movement in the sum. for example you can turn 60 degree at the start point and 120 in the end...think about that this could be also a strategy to shoot at a titan from back. so the enemy has to take care about his back and this is strategy, too...
