A couple of new CAV packs arrived last week, including a couple of fliers. While they are the 'truescale' minis, I still dont think that a 10mm mini will fit in them. Anyway, I shall be using them for CAV. However, I also thought that they would make excellent fliers for Epic.

Pictures, on the left is the Overlord, then Chaos Hellblade and Helltalon, and on the right is the Merlin (my personal favourite CAV flier).

That Merlin is a nice ship - much like the Hammerhead fighters off "Space:Above and Beyond"

That is the original intention. I should also note that the fan lifts are on a pole, under the fusilage cover, and so can be tilted.

The second one has a bit of a Tau thing going for it. Might make an interesting alternative design Tau aircraft...
