Congratulations to Mageboltrat for winning the painting trophy and to Steve 54 for winning the GT title.All the pictures i've seen so far from the GT have been of some amazing armies.

Could any of the participants put their army lists up with pics if possible and a brief summary of how their games went and if they have any queries about the rules as there are usually a few after these events.

850 1 Shadowsword, 2 Baneblades, 3 Leman Russ, 2 Ogryns, 2 Chimeras, 1 Flak.

1st Game, Against a near cult of speed Ork army in red to make them go faster. Did a fair job of beating up his army but couldn't stop him getting into my half and taking a blitz + an Objective. Luckily I had pummelled his army enough that coming into the 3rd army there was no way he could stop me doing the same to him. So the whole game came down to me destroying his gargant BTS which I managed by hitting it with everything.

2nd Game, Spacemaring 3 thunderhawk, 2 warhounds. Played corner deployment. He set up his commander in the far corner on the blitz. His initial Spaceship strike did a lot of damage taking out my bombards. I tried to keep my boyz close together to keep the flak umbrella, using spread out roughriders and sentinels to guard my rear from Air Assault. It worked well the air assault hit and destroyed them but this then left me free to mount a counter attact to destroy most of his ground troops next turn. My Mega Tank company and warhounds destroyed his warhounds, leaving us in the situation where he just really had thunderhawks left. Unfortunely due to small formations of marines contesting all his objectives it came to an objective draw. There was about 45 points between us with me in the lead, so we called it a draw.
