Yes it is cool when tutorials are played with good looking armies, and those truly are.

Cheers guys,
I like the painting side of wargaming, it really creates the imagery for me which is where I have the most fun. I prefer to use painted armies myself though I enjoy playing epic against any force, painted or not. Seeing the awesome painting skills of the guys on this forumn is what really sold epic to me as a game, before that I sort of thought it was like the game for 40Kers who couldn't paint. Then I discovered you could make the minis look good, tried it and discovered that its probably my favourite ever game in the way it plays.
Kim and I are going to have a muck around game with these armies tonight to see how they go against each other.
I am thinking about bringing one of my full size armies along to show what a normal game can include.
Everyone was suggesting orks to me for demo games so I started having a look through all the ork stuff that I have accumulated over the years, I have always wanted to start orks in all three scales of Warfare but haven't played a game with them yet. ?Definitely have enough around to do up a standard Ork list but not enough to feild an Orkameedies Gargant list . ?I am keen to start work on them as soon as I clear my project table off a little bit.

I really like your guard. Did you paint them with a specific regiment in mind or are they home brewed? How'd you go about painting them too, if you don't mind me asking?

Nice little report - and although I love titans, nice to see one fall to Rough Riders. Epic!
By the way - is the Rough Rider modified to a commissar somewhere in that lot? I'd like to see a close up - as well as one of the BaneLord too, please

My version of a commissar conversion was putting a blob of greenstuff on his head in an attempt to look like a commissars hat, painting his weapon red to match my infantry commissars and putting him one miniature to the base so he would stand out. Didn't turn out that great.

and many more epic images here
