I never like long threads, as I never know where I last read upto. ?Hence not attatching this update to my Blood Angels.

Both models are finished, but the sun disappeared and unable to take photos. Need to make my own light studio. Any web pages on how I can do this?

Anyway, the Heavy Bolter has the backpack and everything based on the 40K model (no pic yet).

The Missile launcher is the same, but not sure what to do about the backpack yet, whether to use a standard back-pack or try and sculpt the new backpack.

nice work.

With regards the light studio, I can highly recommend a the portable ones from maplin electronics.
I use a daylight lamp with plain white card backdrops in my "studio", but I have a maplin portable studio which I use when I'm travelling around & its pretty good. Only cost about ?12 & I couldn't have built one for much less. :D

Nice work ! Both of you !  I have 2 of Bans Hvy wpns SMs, got'm in a trade.  I too use those SM Old Banner Poles ! A lot of good uses !  :)

hehe. Yeah Bans, I saw your pics before.

I'm currently trying to make a backpack for my missile carrying SM. I got a picture of the back from the Extreme details at GW online.

Now trying to make a backpack with the missiles visible. Probs at the moment is that It's going to obstruct the back end of the missile launcher :(
