Thanks everyone! ?:) ?More and more stuff is coming to mind that's been taken; night before last I remembered the ?60 worth of DRM terrain pieces was missing too :glare:

We're still waiting for good news from our solicitor, too.

Another thing that's a bit annoying about this from a certain point of view is that had we known we weren't going to be moving before the end of February, I'd definitely have gone to the Full Scale Assault Tourney. ?Every tournament needs it's whipping boy, ha!

Justiniel, I thoroughly encourage your attempts at persuading your wife :;): but I would recommend a holiday to the Dordogne to anyone, it's such a lovely place - loads of Chateaux to visit, Medieval villages, lush rolling landscape...

And Otterman, no worries about my parcel, I have family in France who keep checking our house so they'll pick it up for me. :)

And yes, if anyone has any of the old SM2 Plastic/Card buildings spare, I will be interested in buying some... once we get the money from our insurance claim... :blues:

Thanks, Maksim :)

We're really hoping that our bad run here will be balanced out by good luck and a decent amount of success when we get to France... :;):

If was planning a trip to France, I would definitely include you in my itinerary. Sadly for me, no trips to France are on my horizon.

Sorry to hear that, it is very sad that people do those things. Many things can be replaced by money, but not painted models! They are holy and that makes me pissed off!
I hope you good luck from now-on, it can't be worse.
Take care man.

Hehe, a trip to France with a "Battle and Breakfeast" included does sound very tempting :D

Ha!  That's superb.  Warmaster, if you don't mind that's going on our publicity material... :;): :D

Thanks for the continued messages of support.

We've had some better news today, the insurance claims assessor came to assess our losses and has approved our claim - in a few days we should be made an offer of cash to replace our losses.

I better get back on eBay then... :)

Good News, Indeed !  Hey why don't you give us a list of what you may need ... the crew may have some extras ! If I ever go to France, I'll stop by, F/S !   I like Big Breakfasts and any other meal for that matter !  That goes for the rest of you all over the world ... :;):  :D

I won this auction and directed the seller to ship to you, Firestorm.

There. That's my good karma.

(But it's also my self interest because I want Firestorm to send me a couple of pieces I'm missing from my collection).

Aww, thanks Otterman, that's superb! :D  Let me know what you need sending on and I'll do so.  With some added positive karmic vibes, of course! :;): :D

And L-4, I can promise if you do make the effort to visit our place in France, my fiancee can cook a superb Full English breakfast! :)
