thats an interesting points. Sometimes, personally, i find that converting models painted plainly is helpful to see how the change will generally look if it was done..

Hehe, thanks all. :) I'm really happy with is thus far too. Today I finished most of the green armor plating and did a few details to the head and feet. It is slowly coming to life now I think.
Still much to do - mostly shading the black mechanical parts. I'm also going to try something new for the Plasma Annihilator. Many people have been painting the blue glow from the plasma coils reflecting in the surrounding armor. I'll give it a try although it will be a first...so please don't laugh if I screw it up :D

Also I need to figure out what to do about the basing. I think I'll add one for stability: The original Imperator chassis on which this is built was a chaos titan and some modifications had been made to the legs making them of unequal length. This means that I should probably try and position it as if moving over some kind of obstruction.

Well done, that Titan looks flawless now it's painted, at least in terms of conversion: you'd never think you had to scratch-build all the armour etc. :) :cool:

Good luck... Might go for an orange plasma coil on that one. I think a turquoise coil might clash badly with the green armour.

Er does anyone know why this topic is always appearing at the top of the 2nd page in New Posts and not cronologically?
