Okay. ?Please forgive the crappiness of my camera and photo setup. ?

Also, please forgive the crappiness of the paint jobs. ?I painted about 150 minis in one weekend, and my black wash was too heavy -- so they got stained far too dark.

Anyhoo, here's my take on them:

H-17 B?r Schwerpanzer

You'll notice that the big guy can be used with the turret facing either way and still look good.

H-66 Leichtjagdpanzer

H-22 Panzergrenadier Kampfwagen

H-22a Artilleriekampfwagen (kitbashed RAM mortar carriers)

H-22c Panzerbefehlswagen (kitbashed C3 vehicle)

I also have some combat engineer vehicles made up, but the pics didn't turn out. ?I'll post those when I get the chance.

And here's my MTOE for them:

EXCELLENT ! ?That is the way Panzers are supposed to be painted ! ?And that is the way an MTO&E is supposed to look ! ?Not a purile army list with silly upgrades ?!?! ?Or AFVs in Circus Colors ! ?:;): ? ?Where'd you get the GEV designator for the units ? ?LCACs ? ? Looks good ! ?:D ? ? Great job, J9er8 !  And the more I look at those Hvy Panzers, the more I see Slammer M2, and the same can be said for the APC - an up armored M9 (both with a little modification to their weapons) ...  Those would be my first choice if no one produces 6mm Slammers ... 'nuff said !

Heh... I just made that one up!  I took the basic Armor symbol and just added the little hash marks underneath.  Good enough for government work!

So I confess... I was basecoating some IG tonight (standard OD green) and I couldn't resist re-doing these suckers.  I gave them another basecoat and will re-do the splatter-paint camo this week.  Then I'll seal and wash them and post some new pics.

Thanks,
jav98

Oh, and on the command vehicle... the thought I had was to do something a little different than the normal DirecTV-style radar dish.  After some thinking I hit upon having an AWACS-style radar dome, which in reality is an unmodified thumbtack stuck into a hole made with my pin-vise drill.  Easy as pie.  As an added bonus, my command crew now gets the Spice Channel for free.

Well that is a good designator ... 3 hash marks, the others are basically right out of the FM !  I know most of the boyz used to army lists may not understand the MTO&E, but it is far superior to the E40K and E:A systems.  SM2, I'll give a pass ... (a company + up to 5 support units, is not a bad system) but SM1 was the best and closest to what I know works and is useful, IMO ! :)   And can your C? Track get the Sci-fi & History Channel ?!

Hell, after a six-week field problem with nothing but other groundpounders to look at, I'd have given my right kidney to get the Spice Channel!

On the MTOE, I'm still trying to come up with good symbols for grav tanks and walkers.  Need some more brainstorming on that point.

Yes, after those long field ops, I imagine the Spice Channel would be quite acceptable ! :D  And again good MTO&Es !  The rest of you ... pay attention  !

Thanks Javelin98
Or should I be saying 'Darn it'
Those look good, even in the darker shades, as does the TOE
Thanks again
