Almost completed:
- x2 E-40K Ork Battle Fortresses last night
The ones with the big rollers in front. Painted them in a Gorka/Morka scheme, black - drybrushed with steel followed by tin bitz, with rust here and there and hand painted multi-colored glyphs.
Have to paint the Orks that go in the firing galleries. At this point I'm not completely satisfied, but I'll wait and see...

Hi!
I know what you mean Mojarn, the psi-titan pieces aren't what you call "great", but it is something new and exotic.
Shows us a picture of it when its done.

My Epic priority list was something like this until last weekend:
1.- Work on E-A Jopalli IG 2.- Work on E-A Orks 3.- Work on E-A Feral Orks 4.- Work on SM Silver Skulls 5.- Work on everything else.
Then my friend and I decided to run a game at CONQUEST and my priorities changed to:
1.- Work on Tyranids for CONQUEST. 2.- Leave everything else for after CONQUEST!
In the end, it worked out pretty well because I managed to get 80+ Tyranid pieces to a game-playable state (meaning they look good, but need more detailling before I'll be satisfied.).
Then the irony of all ironies hit, we decided that we didn't need my Tyranids after all and decided to use Kristian's armies! Doh!
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Well I'm going to file their bases to fit inside the galleries, and then paint them to look like Gorka-Morka Orks.
I even have an extra H/Bolter from a buggy I'm going to glue in one of the galleries...
Happy now?!

Doesn't anybody have time to paint anymore? The PSI titan is almost painted. The hull and head have been finished and now yesterday I painted and coated the Warp Cannon. Now I'll only have to finish the basilica and then assemble the warp cannon basilica.
Oh, just out of curiosity, the PSI titan has both arm mounts free, so how would YOU arm it? I'll probably go for a chainfist but I have not yet decided what weapon I want for the other mount. A gatling blaster could be the way to go as it gives the titan some ranged firepower in addition to the warp cannon.

I've been loving not owning a company for the past few weeks(TuffNett Productions Ltd will be struck off after a 3 month dormant period. AoFK is back to Hobby not business, and I've discovered the concept of real "free time"!)and actually have more time for my own projects than I have in a long while!
I've painted the FW harridan and written a review and in-depth painting article, both of which have already been submitted to Incoming!
I've finished 1500 points of IG for 40K (they're almost all Codex grey style & there's more to come - Thanks to CS for starting me on this one!) to a basic gaming standard, but theres lots of details to be added.
Since the Two Towers edition of LoTR was released, I've been working on 2 1000point Rohan armies (Defenders of the Deeping Wall and The Riders of the 5th morn). Whilst I've converted & painted the whole lot (probably many times over), a cycle of selling models means I've never had a complete force at any one time. Well, as of last week, I'm painting my 5th set of Rohan warriors (1 of 2 which I WONT be selling) and starting to re-make some conversions so I can finally field a complete force as I'd designed it!
Lastly, I've also finally got back to my epic cityboard after its been sitting dormant in my loft for the best part of a year. I'm trying to get a good balance between looks and versatility, so it can be set up & look good like a static board, but have the variations available for regular gaming. I've Based up my tank factories and drawn up designs for a number of other areas.
Its going to cost quite a bit in plasticard, so I'm going to have to make the project last to spread the cost, but its great to be working on things purely for myself and my own collections rather than having the sub-plot of selling it after a few months permanantley at the back of my mind. ? ?
Pictures will follow shortly
Cheers, Paul "TuffSkull" T. (The most relaxed TuffSkull you've seen in 2 years+ ? ? )
