Thanks for the thoughts and idea, gentlemen (and any ladies that might be present).
I don't think I'm going to cut the model up again, but I will try and slap some extra bits on it or its base to "resize" it.
Not sure how to change the head, a Warrior head is absurdly small, the original 'Phant heads look out of place, and I don't have any more Red Terror mouth parts like I used on the Red Queen.
Loved the "babyphant" shots Vermis, I wish I had some Tyrant Guard to mess with!

I'm using an old 40K Khorne Greater Deamon head, the one that looks like the movie "Alien"  on one or both of my 'Nid Titans ... ?May use an old 40K 'Nid Ravener Head on the other ... they look more Reptilian then Insect !

I considered this as well. The two things stopping me are the size (it is Imperator sized) and the price of the kit! So, instead, I have a couple of the new Tyrant Guard wich make excellent Reaver-equivalent titans. I have a conversion of one on the bench with spinefists, and I have chopped it up a bit. One day, I will return and finish it!
