Does anyone have any pics of Warmaster minis? I'm thinking of using some as proxies for my Chaos army, specifically comparable things like Fleshhounds, Bloodletters, Plaguebearers, etc. I'd really like to know what they look like before I buy them. I'm not really concerned with them being 10mm.

Also, does anyone know how many minis come per blister? The website says three stands per blister, but I don't know how many minis are used per stand.

Thanks!

EDIT: One more thing, I am concerned about the size of Greater Demons (Bloodthirsters, Great Unclean Ones, etc.) How do they compare in size to Greater demons from SM2?

you get two strips of 5 per stand.

That makes 10 Daemons per stand, or 6 strips per blister.

Y'know what's coolest?

Each strip is 40mm wide by 10mm long.

Epic:Armageddon bases are exactly that size.

It depends on the daemon.  The basic infantry is like E&C says but stuff like Fleshhounds and Screamers are all mounted differently.

I don't know about the others but I built Disc Riders out of 2 Screamers on a 20x30mm base.  Mounting them on anything less than 20mm deep wouldn't work.  Just going by the online store pics, I'd say the same is true for the Fleshhounds.

The size is pretty comparable to the SM/TL daemon sizes (just for comparson - I know you said you're not worried about scale).

Ah that's a good point sorry, yes I was only referring to the infantry, the plaguebearers, bloodletters, daemonettes & flamers.

Here's a Warmaster Lord of Change and Keeper of Secrets standing with some Chaos Marines.  It think the Warmaster Greater Daemons definitely look more like 3DC War Engines than the originals!

Ok this pictures convinced me to use warmaster greater deamons for my chaos armies :)
No need to hunt down SM2nd era greater deamons anymore :)

Yeah, they totally rock!  *laugh*

I still have to get a Bloodthirster and Great Unclean One.

Some of the Warmaster Chaos characters make good Daemon Princes as well.

Yep. I figured that too. :) But the lesser deamons seem to big for my tastes.

I agree for the "humanoid" Lesser Daemons like Daemonettes and Plaguebearers, they're just a little too big.  I got a pack of Daemonettes and they just towered over the Chaos Marines.

Screamers and Flesh Hounds seem okay as Daemonic Beasts, and I use Chaos Hounds as... well, Chaos Hounds for my Lost and the Damned army.

Can you post pictures for size comparison?

"Towered over Chaos Space Marines"... sounds about right for a LatD army!!!

Nice !  We use old G/W Familiars for our G/Daemons.  But if we didn't have those, the W/M stuff would work great !  :D
